The University of Dayton is making a special effort to reach out to faculty, staff and students whose families and friends have been affected by the hurricane.

We want to hear how we can help.

President Daniel J. Curran has authorized up to three weeks of continued salary and benefits for full- and part-time staff who wish to volunteer to assist with recovery efforts in the Gulf Coast area. These relief efforts must be coordinated with the American Red Cross or another appropriate agency. The rector's office is collecting gift cards to donate to the families of UD employees who are relocating from the hurricane-stricken area. To contribute, please contact Father Paul Marshall, S.M., at (937) 229-4122 or Paul.Marshall@notes.udayton.edu.
